By using the zoya 7 website or mobile application, you automatically accept these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply only to individuals who are legal residents of Bangladesh and are at least 18 years of age. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed immediately upon detection. Providing false information about your age, identity, or legal eligibility constitutes a breach of this agreement. zoya 7 reserves the right to revoke any user's platform access at any time without notice. It is the user's responsibility to ensure their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.

All users on zoya 7 are expected to act with honesty, integrity, and respect for the law. Fraudulent activity, use of automated bots, creating fake accounts, and deceiving other users are strictly prohibited on the platform. By using zoya 7, you agree not to engage in any unlawful activity — including money laundering or other criminal conduct. All betting activity must be conducted fairly and in good faith; exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches is prohibited, and zoya 7 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained through such means. All financial transactions on zoya 7 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits are accepted via popular local mobile banking services including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are clearly stated on the platform's payment page and may be subject to change. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours after verification; complex verification cases may take longer. If fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or other financial irregularities are detected, the account in question will be suspended immediately and legal action may be taken. If any active bets are open at the time of suspension, they will be cancelled and the corresponding stake returned to the user's wallet; however, any bonus balance may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time, in which case any remaining valid balance will be refunded following verification. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (no activity for more than 12 months) may be automatically marked as dormant after an administrative fee is deducted. Zoya 7 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, users will be notified via their registered mobile number or through an in-platform notification. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through mutual discussion; if that fails, the matter will proceed through established legal channels. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
